Parcel sorting and distribution of crates and pallets using autonomous robots
One of aeqoom's core competencies as a system integrator is the implementation of Industry 4.0 principles in logistics depots. The integration of autonomous robotic sorters and cage and pallet transporters is an integral part of this approach. The interest in autonomous robots is growing rapidly - this not only applies to the sorting sector, where such solutions have a high added value for customers facing a shortage of sorting space but also to the transport of crates with sorted packages and the transport of pallets. Our solutions are designed with overall process alignment - Process Flow Orchestration - in mind. Easy to program, with a short project commissioning time and, ultimately, a short ROI.
Reverse logistics automation for Hermes Fulfilment
Hermes Fulfilment, a logistics company belonging to the German OTTO Group, provides reverse logistics services for one of Europe's largest fashion e-shops. aeqoom's task is to expand its logistics capacity to handle the expected volumes over five years. At the same time, it is desirable to minimize the environmental impact of the project. To the extent possible, existing conveyors are being refurbished, new components are being added and new wiring with a PLC system is being installed for the entire solution.

Logisticko-technologická společnost Zásilkovna, patřící do holdingu Packeta, se postavila k výzvám spojeným se zaváděním principů Industry 4.0 čelem. Snižuje provozní náklady efektivními investicemi do automatizace a robotizace procesů. Integrací našeho řešení dále výrazně zvyšuje počet automatizovaně tříděných zásilek a zavádí proces auditovaní zásilek. Na základě analýzy našeho konzultačního týmu jsme navrhli architekturu a design nového konceptu. Jeho základem je pushtray sorter, na kterém probíhá nejen třídění, ale v jednom procesním kroku zároveň změření rozměru balíku a jeho zvážení.
Pro hladkou integraci řešení s infrastrukturou Packety jame implementovali integrační platformu a třídící software ae-sort.
