Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the box "I agree to the processing of personal data and the sending of commercial communications", I grant the administrator of personal data, the company aeqoom a.s., with its registered office at Na Perštýně 342/1, 110 00 Prague 1, ID: 02309467, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. B 19453 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation") , consent to the processing of my personal data, to the extent and under the conditions set out below. At the same time, I hereby grant the Administrator consent to use my electronic contact details for the purpose of sending commercial messages in accordance with the provisions of § 7, paragraph 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., Act on Certain Information Society Services and Amendment of Certain Acts.
