The LogiMAT trade fair is considered the world's leading trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management. Over 1,500 exhibitors from 39 countries participated in this year's event with the theme "Hands-on-Innovation – Connecting Smart Networks", for more than 125,000. m2 in 10 halls.
Total Preventive Maintenance
The first concept is Total Preventive Maintenance, which we present as a cloud service working with augmented reality. We will thus help service, production, logistics and e-commerce organizations to increase work productivity and the related increase in efficiency.
Our TPM is a cloud service connecting the worlds of internal and external technical specialists. It is built on the REST-API architecture and, thanks to multi-level access rights, it enables easy integration of the environment of logistics and e-commerce companies with their service partners. The same applies to production and assembly organizations. They can now monitor, manage, plan and control both the quality and level of service as well as the total costs. Effective communication is then supported by augmented reality glasses on the part of operators, on-site technicians or fitters.

Hybrid Sorting
The second innovation that we presented at LogiMAT is the so-called Hybrid Sorting.
In this concept, we combine the strengths of robotic and mechanical sorting. Shipments can thus be processed in a very small space and with a very low number of operators. In addition, the processing of parcels at the depot takes place in one pass through the sorting process with only one touch of a human hand.
With this concept, complemented by our WCS and integration platform, all Industry 4.0 principles can be implemented with a return on investment within 24 months.
The next edition of the LogiMAT trade fair will take place in Stuttgart on April 19-21, 2024, and aeqoom will once again be present.
