After last year's premiere, a bigger stand and a better location
Last year, our company was among the exhibitors at the LogiMAT trade fair for the first time. We evaluated the premiere participation as successful, which is why we decided to exhibit there again this year, but with a bigger stand and in a better location, specifically in the gallery of fair hall 1. We presented our new Field Service Management solution there. This helps service organizations in particular in planning and managing service services. In one place, you can monitor, manage, plan and control both the quality and level of service, as well as the total costs. The solution uses communication with artificial intelligence and, using virtual reality glasses, the technician and the operator agree directly on site within the service of a particular device. You can easily use the application on your mobile phone to report incidents. It is a cloud service, so the system is accessible anywhere and from any device.
